Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients, please review the following cancellation policy. Cancellations or Rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment by text message or phone call. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. No-Shows Policy: If you fail to show up for your schedule appointment without prior notice you will be charge 100% of the service fee. Late Cancellation: cancellation made within less than 24hrs will also incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. I understand that life happens, and emergencies can come up.
